Terms of Service

Effective September 29, 2026 · Cyproteck Technologies Inc.

These terms govern authorized use of CyproSecure 360°, operated by Cyproteck Technologies Inc. A separate signed customer agreement or order governs the services, fees, and commitments purchased by your organization and takes precedence if there is a conflict.

1. Authority and access

You must be authorized by your organization to use its workspace. An administrator who connects a Microsoft tenant must have authority to grant the requested access. Protect your sign-in credentials, follow your organization's access requirements, and promptly report suspected unauthorized use. Access to another organization's information is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

2. Service scope

CyproSecure provides security visibility, directory information, learning features, and support functions enabled for your organization. Available features and data depend on your service arrangement, third-party permissions, licensing, configuration, and availability. A Microsoft consent approval authorizes the permissions shown in that prompt; it does not itself purchase a subscription or agree to a paid plan.

3. Customer information and permissions

Your organization retains its rights in information it provides. It authorizes Cyproteck and the necessary service providers to process that information to deliver the requested services. You are responsible for having the authority, notices, and permissions needed to provide information and connect systems. Personal information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable customer agreements.

Do not submit passwords, access tokens, unnecessary personal information, or regulated records outside the agreed service scope. Patient information and other regulated data require an appropriate agreement and safeguards before submission.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the service unlawfully, upload malicious content, attempt to bypass authentication or tenant boundaries, disrupt the service, or probe systems without authorization. Scans and security tests must be limited to assets you own or have permission to assess. You may not misrepresent security results, impersonate another user, or use the service to harm others.

5. Security information and automated responses

Security scores, alerts, and reports reflect available source data and may be delayed, incomplete, or limited by the connected provider. Missing values do not mean zero risk. A scan or dashboard result does not guarantee that a system is secure or that an organization meets a compliance standard.

Automated and AI-generated support responses may contain errors. Review advice before taking actions that affect systems, records, or access. Dashboard access alone does not include continuous monitoring, incident response, remediation, or guaranteed response times unless an applicable agreement expressly includes those services.

6. Fees, trials, and cancellation

Prices, billing frequency, trial terms, renewal conditions, taxes, refunds, and cancellation procedures are defined in the applicable order, checkout disclosures, Marketplace plan, or signed agreement. These terms do not establish a subscription price or create a recurring charge. Cancel paid services through the billing channel or process identified in your purchase agreement; revoking Microsoft consent does not itself cancel a paid subscription.

7. Third-party services and availability

Microsoft, AWS, and other connected services operate under their own terms and licensing requirements. Cyproteck does not control their availability or data accuracy. We may maintain or update the portal and may restrict access to address misuse, security risks, legal obligations, or the end of an applicable service agreement. Service-level commitments apply only when expressly included in that agreement.

8. Intellectual property and responsibility

Cyproteck and its licensors retain their rights in the portal, branding, and service materials. Your organization may use the service for its authorized business purposes under its agreement. Customer data remains subject to the customer's rights.

Except for express commitments in a signed agreement and rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, the portal and its informational outputs are provided as available, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, complete threat detection, or a particular business outcome. Liability allocation and any liability limits are governed by your signed agreement and applicable law; these terms do not override non-excludable legal rights.

9. Ending access and changes

When service ends, access, export, retention, and deletion arrangements follow the applicable agreement and Privacy Policy. Contact us before ending service if you need an export of stored records. Updated terms will be posted with a revised effective date, with notice or additional acceptance where required. Changes do not override an existing signed agreement.
