Privacy Policy
Effective September 29, 2026 · Cyproteck Technologies Inc.
Cyproteck Technologies Inc. operates CyproSecure 360°. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the customer portal, authorized Microsoft connections, security learning, and connected support features.
1. Information used by the service
Account and company information: names, business email addresses, Microsoft tenant and user identifiers, company details, portal roles, and administrator approval records.
Authorized Microsoft information: user directory profiles, sign-in and audit records, security scores, device and endpoint information, alerts, incidents, and other information made available by the services your organization connects. Availability depends on permissions, licenses, and configuration.
Portal activity and learning: recorded portal activity, course assignments, progress, and completion records.
Support information: information you submit in support requests, messages, attachments, and transcripts, together with related case and contact records. If a connected support channel records calls, its recording notice and settings apply.
Technical information: connection errors, request and service logs, browser information, IP addresses, and authentication or session information processed by the application and its hosting providers.
2. Why information is processed
Information is processed to authenticate users, enforce company access rules, display authorized security and directory information, provide support, maintain learning records, diagnose errors, protect the service, and meet contractual or legal obligations. Your organization controls which services it connects and which users it authorizes.
3. Microsoft administrator consent
Microsoft connections require authorization from an administrator of the relevant tenant. The consent prompt identifies the requested permissions. Directory access and security access are separate permissions. Sign-in is handled by Microsoft; CyproSecure does not ask you to submit your Microsoft password to the portal.
Your administrator can revoke application permissions in Microsoft Entra ID. Revocation stops future access under those permissions; it does not automatically delete previously stored portal, support, or learning records.
4. Access and service providers
Authorized company administrators can view information within their company's workspace. Authorized Cyproteck personnel may access customer information to deliver administration, security, and support services. Connected infrastructure providers, including Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services where those features are used, process information necessary to operate the service. Separate provider terms and privacy notices also apply.
Information may be disclosed where required by law or necessary to respond to a valid legal request, protect rights, investigate misuse, or address a security incident. If you use an enabled AI support feature, the information you submit may be processed by that feature's service provider to produce a response. Submit only information appropriate for the support task.
5. Browser storage and these policy pages
The portal uses browser storage and session mechanisms for authentication, connection approval state, and interface preferences. Blocking necessary storage may prevent sign-in or connections from working. These Privacy Policy and Terms of Service pages do not include advertising or analytics scripts.
6. Retention and security
Retention varies by record type, connected provider settings, customer agreements, and legal requirements. Some information is retrieved from Microsoft when requested; support, access, and learning records may be stored separately. Contact us for the retention or deletion arrangements applicable to your organization. Removing portal access or disconnecting a provider does not by itself delete stored records or backup copies.
The portal uses authenticated access and tenant-based authorization. No system can guarantee complete security. Do not submit passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary sensitive personal information in support messages.
7. Requests and organizational responsibilities
For access, correction, deletion, or other privacy requests, contact your organization's administrator or Cyproteck using the contact details below. Applicable rights and restrictions depend on your location and our role in processing the information. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on a request. Organizational records may be subject to retention obligations.
This portal is intended for authorized organizational users. Do not use it to submit patient records or other regulated information unless your organization has agreed with Cyproteck on the appropriate service scope and required safeguards.
8. Changes and contact
Updates will appear on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required by the applicable agreement or law.
